There are two required fees: a photography permit pass, which is valid for the entire year, and the individual session date and time slot—both costing $50 each. Once we arrived on campus, there wasn’t an official check-in location that I could find, but I kept the emailed permission slip easily accessible just in case. Lovett Hall is the most popular and photographed area on campus, so I recommend parking nearby to save time and energy—just note that paid parking is required. Inside the university, everything felt quiet and grand, with beautifully maintained grounds and soft, natural light throughout. Even with just an hour for portraits, moving from spot to spot felt effortless, and we never once felt rushed.
